You are actually confusing yourself and others by using the words STO and PO. Think of this like this YourPO=STO.

Now what do you want to create automatically after creating the PO? Do you mean to say the delivery document?

What is the STO process you follow in your company? At least you mentiontion your current process by putting in the Tcodes that you use to do the STO process, so that we can understand what your requirement is?
