Quite possibly a good old uninstall/reinstall (with a directory cleanup in between) could resolve this.
Pls. try deleting the following directories, followed by a reinstall
- Install Path: C:\Program Files\SAP Lumira
- License Key: C:\Users\Public\sapvi
- User Preferences: C:\Users\<user>\.sapvi
- DB location: C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\SAP\SAP Lumira
- Navteq Geo temp folder: C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Temp\sapvi
