Hi Raz,
Few points to check at os level
Goto the directory /usr/sap/trans/tmp
1. In this directory , check files are getting updated or not.
2. At os level pleasw check any process are running for tp or not.
If running then let them run , it will become fine after few 2 hours(approx).
