Need to generate the balance sheet report.

Hi,

I have a business object 6.5.1 version. I am trying to create the Balance sheet report. Our financial year is Jan-Dec, we haven't close the FY 2013. I am creating the balancesheet and Profit and Loss account.Balance Sheet numbers is from Jan'13 to Mar'14 but P&l is for Jan'14 to Mar'14. So I am getting difference of Last Year Profit/Loss as difference in the BO trial Balance. I want this difference balance the in retained earning as a item.

Kindly help me.
