As experts said it appears to be a mapping issue. However, it would be useful if you can check the records in master data info object and check the keys for it.
Also check if the data is getting disappeared in attribute change run based on keys.
You can go to display mode of info object and check the master table for it -> go to display mode and check the keys.
Here perform two steps:
1. Load the data in infoobject and check data in master table before running attribute change run. newly loaded data must be present in it.
2. Then run the attribute change run and check the data again.
This will ensure that data is not getting disappeared in ACR.
Also please share if you are getting any errors in data loading.
