Well to answer your question:
0RECORDMODE is a characteristic infoobject As the name suggests Recordmode which means it is talking about Delta images as received from Datasources.
Go to transaction : SE11
Check table : ROLDETAM
You will get a lot of clear picture which delta images are being supported by the datasource.
