Can you please elaborate the business scneario that you want to create internal order with each service ticket.
You have 2 options
Option 1
Generlly we do not use internal order with service ticket. Even if you want to create internal order at saving of your service transaction . Its better to user service order.
Option 2
Technically if you want to create internal order from CRM ..you can call RFC FM BAPI_INTERNALORDER_CREATE to create the internal order from crm and pass the value to service ticket.
