Thanks for your suggestion. I fixed that issue. However, now I face another issue at server start-up

The event log file doesnt help much.

I'm not sure. But I guess the issue is due to the javaBE.ini file. I input "" string into SERVERSERIALNUM. Please tell me the folder path SERVERSERIALNUM in smp3.0.
