Thanks for your response and options. I like the option 1 of passing the file path as parameter and tried to upload the file, above mentioned script submit the job with request start as "Now" option, but need to know how to submit the job with specific time and date with Time zone, Time window,Submit frame.. Could you please share some sample script to submit the jobs with above.
