Did you check MD73 Total assignment shows the sales order quantity and Planned quantity is your PIR quantity.
In MD62/MD63 once you have completed the PGI for SO let say for 10 then your planned quantity reduced by 10 and shows 90 in Planned quantity and 10 in Withdrawn quantity in schedule lines.
