We have already maintained the mapping of Sales org of CRM and ECC using Tcode CRMC_R3_ORG_GENERATE Hope you are referring the same in your response i.e spro-->CRM-->Master Data-->Organizational Management--->Org Model--->Create Org Model. and the same has been replicated in PPOMA_CRM.

As mentioned by you the respective sales org is maintained in PPOMA_CRM under FUNCTION tab.
