Re: What should we do if we can not fullfill TO qty ?

     Thanks for your input, let me re-phrase the situation first in WM and IM have the same qty ie : 5EA. Then when we use MIGO for 5 EA the IM qty will be decrease into 0 right ? then TO created for 5 EA, but when picker see the actual goods there are only 3 goods with good condition. So the TO will be confirmed with 3EA right ? so what will happen with 2EA that broken / damage ?? There will be no additional stock for that article.
