Replication between R/3 (IS-U) and CRM not automatically

Hi Experts,

Could you help me with the following:

In spite of the outbound queue is registered in SMQS the IS-U system, master data replication not process automatically - every queue is in Ready status.

After the registration the system request to login the IS-U system again.

If later the users made some modification with data - the queues still in Ready status.
