Below are my assumptions.
Your adding a field to your LO Data source and not adding related info object to existing old cube.
If above statement was correct then your cube will won't disturb.
Enhanced data source(new field) will load data to new cube. its fine.
COPA Cube:
For any data source enhancement cube will won't effect.
if you added a enhanced field related info object cube and need historical data then you need delete whole data and reload to cube.
