Hi Sabrina,
Select ListPaneToolbar (click on section on screen or select from Properties Tab> Section dropdown located at top)
Go to Properties Tab > Toolbar > Configure > Choose "New" as an Action button and press arrow right.
You should now have the button on the screen.
