Designing a Workflow I get the following message: "Activities can not based on Service Calls".
I want that the workflow creates automatically an Activity from a previous Service Call but I get this message.
I'ts true that there is no 'Copy To' or 'Copy From' mechanism between these two objects,. but when you create a Service Call clicking the right button on the "Activities" tab you are able to add a new Activity establishing a relation between the Service Call and the Activity. That is what I'm trying to get.
Is it possible to get it through workflows?
