Hi,

If its client requirement you can do the changes in the table and SPDD Modification Adjustments you have to do at the time of Upgradation.

You should save all SPDD changes into a Single transport request.

If you do RESET To ORIGINAL or ADOPT MODIFICATION on SPDD and SPAU objects, those will disappear from the SPAU and SPDD list.
