I have a pricing condition and revenue account posting question.
The scenario is that my pricing procedure has 3 pricing conditions. PR00, ZSPL and ZRES.
The list price PR00 is $200 which is posted to Revenue account and also to Customer's A/R account.
I have a special price condition ZSPL which is $150 - When ZSPL is active, PR00 becomes inactive and $150 gets posted to Revenue account and Customer's A/R account.
I also have another condition ZRES which is $100 - when this condition is active, PR00 and ZSPL becomes inactive and $100 gets posted to Revenue account and Customer's A/R account.
Now my requirement is that I want to post List price to the revenue account and the difference between the List price and ZSPL or ZRES to diff discount accounts.
So, In all the scenarios - I want to post $200 to Revenue account. - 40003000
In scenario-A with ZSPL active - I want to post $150 to GL account A/R and $50 to Discount GL account 40005000
In scenario-B with ZRES active - I want to post $100 to GL account A/R and $100 to Discount GL account 40006000
without changing the behavior of PR00, ZSPL and ZRES - how can I achieve this ?
Can I use a condition type and use VKOA to define a key that will post $50 to Revenue account 40003000 and $50 to Discount account 40005000 in Scenario-A ? What are the pros-cons of this ?
