User exit sap note for GRC 10.1

Hi

Trying to find the SAP NOTE to implement user exit for GRC 10.1.

I already tried 1545511 and 1735971.  Not able to restrict FF ids from logging in directly.

Can anyone suggest any other SAP NOTES for GRC 10.1
