yes previously my issues have lot, now only left 1 error message. the previous issues what I did I create new material no. in ECC using MM01, because the material exist in transaction table EKPO but not exist in MARA table. Most of discussion on SCN about the issues. I've solved by create the missing material no in MM01.
Back to your question, yes the material is exist in data warehouse in SAP BI 0MATERIAL , I can see it's also activated.
