Re: Error "No personnel data found for the pernr xxxxxxxx" while updating the infotype 0069(National Ins. GB)

Hi Experts,

I am getting an error "No personnel data found for the pernr xxxxxxxx" while updating the infotype 0069(National Ins.  GB) through PA30.I know that the National Insurance number itself is automatically transferred from the employee’s Personal Data (infotype 0002) record to the NI infotype 0069 record.

One IT00069 record is already exist from 01.01.2014 to 31.12.9999.I just want to update the  record with new date 09.20.2014 to 31.12.9999.For this  employee the Personal Data (infotype 0002) record is maintained from 01.05.2005.Could you please help me to understand why the system is throwing the error even tough the  Personal Data (infotype 0002) infotype is active on the date 20.09.2014.

I also checked in  table T588Z ,there is no dynamic action between IT 0002 and IT 0069.

Please shed some light on this issue.Thanks in Advance.
