Issues faced while using BICS for creating WEBI report

Dear Experts,

I am facing below issues while creating WEBI report by using BICS:

1. There are prompts(for a characteristic) which are set at BEX level with values as Text and Key both. But in WEBI this prompt has only key values.What should be done to get key and text values both in input selections.

2. I am facing refresh problem in WEBI by using BICS. The prompts LOV values are not coming properly.. For example:

      Below is the prompt in my Webi report:

            Vendor = ABC

            Calmonth = 09.2014

            Material = A

      The report executes and after that I click on refresh again to enter new vendor.

         Vendor = XYZ

But in LOVs of vendor I can see only ABC not XYZ although data is available for this selection. When I manually enter XYZ, the selection is possible.

Please help me out.
