Add Standard Fields to a Standard Program with BADI?

I'd like to add the field BSEG-HBKID to the Screen of the transaction FB21.

Can I realise this with the Badi: BADI_FDCB_SUBBAS01?

If yes, where could I find the documentation for using this Badi.

If no, is there a way to realise this?
