In Authorizations you normally create so-called PFCG roles using t/code PFCG. Here you can maintain the various types of authorizations:

• System Authorizations using Authorization Objects (like S_DEVELOP which I mentioned);
• Analysis Authorizations using Authorization Object S_RS_AUTH and the corresponding BW Analysis Authorization Object;
• A folder structure, links to BW reports, transaction codes, etc.
