You can consider scope of plan to run MRP for multiple plant. But MRP is not designed to consider the cross plant stock. Though you can run MRP in multiple plant, still it runs one after another. And at the time of running it will consider a particular plant, its stock and Demand. As per that requirement will be generated.
Example: If I want to produce XX in 1000 and the stock is 0. But in plant 2000 the stock is 500 and no demand is there in plant 2000. Still if you run with scope of planning considering both plant, requirement will be generated in plant 1000. Don't expect system will create a STO from plant 2000 to 1000 as in 2000 sufficient stock is there.
So this can not be achieved in ECC. APO can handle this.
