There should be an option in the menu bar for transporting table entries. (Cant remember it but check it first).
IF not - then you can go to se16 and verify your changes/entries are in the TCURF table. Highlight the row/record you want to transport - Table Entry (in the menu bar) - transport entries. Choose request..
If not first 2 options above then you can go to se01/se09 - create a customizing transport and through object direct entry add new table entry to your transport (then be sure to specify the key of the record you want to transport).
Whichever method you choose - validate your transport after and verify it contains the table and the key for the records you want to transport across...
