the users are on windows 8 with IE 10 with their tablets
with the "normal" laptops and desktop PC's they are on windows 7 with IE 11.
So this "quirks mode" is not working in higher versions then IE 8 ? do i understand you right ?? and HOW to i change this quirks mode ? i never heard about that.
