Hi Bruce,
If the rule is working fine in PFAC standalone then this issue could be due to missing bindings.
Check the bindings between:
- Rule and Workflow Container
- Z_EXCLUDED - Check if the agent determined are not excluded agents. Check value of this container element.
- Check if the positions assigned at task level as shown your screenshot has user ID or pernr's assigned. Go to TX - PPOSE to check this.
Also you maintain the Task as General Forwarding allowed . In case agents assigned at task level are evaluated (as per the thread below). I am not sure if setting this indicator ignores the rule assignment. You can try to set the task as "general task" to resolve the issue if above options are not working.
