Yes there is no way to restrict the organizational measure for users to stop just being count. It’s just a sap standard business to continue to creating reservation and create po and sales order with do physical inventory. The activities will remain UN change the quantity for your current stock. Master is locked for some reasons for time movement the update will run but user cant able to update the same in the table.
