Integration between Solution manager & Successfactors

Dear All,

Can any one tell me about how can we integrate Solution manager with Successfactors, to track a project day to day activities.

One of my client is going to implement Successfactors (Stand alone) with out ECC, in this case we would like to know is there any possibility to integrate Solution manager with Successfactors, where the project growth can be tracked day by day.
