Hi Venkat,
Assuming you are using process chains for monthly uploads already. Similarly create a Infopackage for quarterly upload(use quarterly file) and create new process chain for quarterly loads, in that new process chain include newly created Infopackge. Use the newly created process chain when ever you required.
