Yes, for point b, the events for loading and unloading should be updated automatically in EM when the events are registered in various external sites ( Sites here means locations where vehicle enters and leaves the location ) using CP. Since in the document for CP, I have seen that we need to create a BP for carrier hence is it possible other BP like drivers or internal persons within business org unit ( excluding carriers) can report those events from sites?
