Unfortunately, there are no "alternatives (version/runtime/component) after Crystal Reports XI R2, compatible with Windows Server 2012". Not even the SDK for VS .NET from CR XI R2 is supported on WIN 2012. See this wiki for more details:
I don't see how you can even consider certifying the app for WIN 2012 if the app uses deprecated APIs as well as an unsupported OS...
If you really want to get the app certified for WIN 2012, your only option is to update the app to use the .NET SDK with VS 2010, or 2012, 0r 2013.
