Hi, the publish button enables you to send app configuration to SAP Discovery Services. You will have to configure SAP discovery service which provides the configuration information necessary for a user to enroll a device with SAP Mobile Secure. This service allows you to distribute initial configuration data to mobile apps to enhance the user on-boarding process.
After the discovery service is added to the application, you can publish application configurations to the SAP Discovery Service, on which mobile applications can find their connection settings. In order to obtain Discovery Services, create incident request from Service Marketplace.
