ResourceConfigurationService - changeResourceStatus call failing.

Hi,

I am calling ResourceConfigurationService PAPI and its failing with the following error message.

[SAPME_PAPI_Interface_0]SAPMEPAPIInterfaceAction.executeMEPAPI(): Error in executing the selected service.

Webserive call is failing with the following message:

http://<host:port>/manufacturing-papiservices/ResourceConfigurationServiceWSService?wsdl

• [ERROR] [Event_Logger_0]UserEvent : Failed to update resource status: Connection refused: connect

Webservice call worked in ME 6.1.

In  Single Service Administration: Service Definitions screen, Transport protocol is HTTP & in HTTP Authentication User ID/Password is checked.

All the required input have been set.

Is there any more configuration required?

ME Version: 15.0.3.2

Any help would be highly appreciated.
