Copy SD Condition Price to MM Condition Price

Hi all,

I've a requirement for cross company process. Our company is maintaining prices for selling. As example below;

Plant 1 - Customer Number A

Plant 2 - Customer Number B

Plant 1 sells Material X to Customer B with 10 USD.

So when Plant 2 opens PO, I want to catch this price automaticly. I've tried to use referance condition type in conditions master data but I couldn't find Customer field while maintaining fields for SD table against my MM condition access sequence. So Is there any solution for this issue? There is customer in KOMK but I'm not able to select it in MM fields in access sequence.
