SAP BW 7.4 SP5 Instance status undefined

Hi,

I created an instance of SAP BW 7.4 SP5 2 days back and every time I login to check the instance status, it is undefined. I have tried multiple times to activate the instance, pop up appears that it might take more than 40 mins, I waited for around an hour but its not activated yet.  .

Let me know if I am missing out anything.
