Easy way to upload valid excel data to SAP BI/Hana

Dear All,

Our Business requires to upload excel data to BI to do the ad-hoc analysis.

I understand that from BI 4.2 it is possible to have excel as data source.

what are the best practices to load the data considering the below points

1. Valid data (after undergoing the validation rules)

2. Loaded data should be accessible by others also

3. User should be able to load the data manually.

apart from BODS is there any add-on tool which can perform the above activities and reduce the development time.

Anybody using SAP Data Services Migration Accelerator?

Any feedback on this will be appreciated.
