Malaysia GST Capital Goods Acquired

Dear Experts,

For GST-03 tax return filing field 16 (Total Value of Capital Goods Acquired), currently this is refer to invoice captured and capitalize to asset on the same month. However, it seems not working for the case "Work In Progress". where we have following flow:

investment order ==> asset under construction ==> fixed asset

Any idea?
