Thanks for the quick reply. Idea here is to achieve the functionality via SE38 report. This is some configuration data which user uploads it periodically and want the input as Local Excel sheet file from system. Each time, the file name may gets changed. It should be a se38 report in short. Do you know any function which accepts Excel sheet as input and returns the values in form of internal table ? I have work experience using the above mentioned Functions. But as they are not available in this BW system, I am wandering how can I achieve this functionality. It would be very helpful if you an get me a function name in BW system which I can consume it. Thanks once again.
