If you see the page same as with http://myserver:8080/dswsbobje
then your redirection is working and the rest is something else.
If you don't get the page -- then your redirection is not working and it would something that you'll need to figure with help of tomcat forums or opening SAP support Incident, because without looking at all involved config files it might be impossible to figure it out.
And sharing those in SCN is not secure.
