Please change your pre-requiste section for BKPF-TCODE to SYST-TCODE, so the pre-requisite will be displayed as below :

SYST-UNAME = 'SAPDEV_VN' AND SYST-TCODE = 'F-02' AND BKPF-BUKRS = '4000'
