Danny,
I am currently receiving ALL incident updates on my Outlook. The steps for doing so are: Business Configuration >> Search for "E-Mail and Fax Settings" activity >> E-Mail and Fax Settings.
On the bottom right you will have the options (at least on Non-Productive tenant) to set an email address where you want to receive all notifications are, also, you can mark to send them to Business Partners. In this alst case, you will have to maintain email address for each business partner.
