web service - xml file attachment in soap body

Hello All,

I have requirement in which client is requesting to embed the XML file inside the SOAP BODY of a webservice.

The Webservice do not have any fields other than service name, they have shared xml files separately with field names, they want to embed this xml file which has payload in the SOAP body.
