Billy, i tried adding the SID on MMC(SLD tab), but the tab dose not seem to be active i cannot navigate to the LDAP,SLD tabs.
also i tried the following powershell command
invoke-command -computer nodeA,nodeB {stop-service SAPSID_00}, which does stop the instance but is not able to start the instance using the start-Service option.
