I guess, In coming time, SAP will provide On-premise customers an opportunity to go for Cloud infrastructure at budgeted cost.
As, We see major changes happening in SAP world... R3 to S4 HANA; Manual installation to Automatic installation ( Using LVM tool); Automate System copy .
SAP encouraging HANA, Cloud infra.
