Unable to view data in spreadsheet

Hi,

I am a beginner to SAP BI dashboard.

While designing a dashboard from universe, using query browser, unable to see the result data in spreadsheet below.

Is there any way to view this data, as there is a lot of historical huge data coming from the query and can't predict the exact range that need to be inserted in spreadsheet.

Also,I've following queries:

1) is there any place to find pre-designed high level sample to design sales & marketing dashboard for a retail business as samples and templates provided in dashboard are very generic.(as working on urgent requirements)

2) How to select more than one  countries in a map e.g. Australia and New Zealand?
