Already expert has given you idea on this two pcr functionality. Let me try with some example then you can get it more clear on this.
Suppose there have 5 components are in the Basic Pay . Basic=10000, HRA=2000, DA=1500, TA=2000 & SPAL=5000 , So in total = 20500, PCR X010 is doing this part based upon the PC01.
Now in the second PCR X013 is doing for calculate the daily rate. Now suppose need to calculate May month daily rate theb (20500/31)= 661.29
Now hope so you are more clear on this.
