I believe your attempt to perform SAPup.exe reset prepare doesn't done anything.And one more thing which i noted is Usually the command doesn't prompt you to provide DDIC password.

So could you please try again executing SAPup.exe reset prepare command and provide 01 when  it prompts to

Do you really want to reset the procedure? []: 01
