Few things you should know:
There is Tons of knowledge in SCN in the form of Discussions, Documents and Blogs. It will not be exaggeration if I say 90% of queries posted by beginners like you are already discussed several times. These can be very easily reached through Google search by using proper search string. One should spend enough time in searching Google for his doubts before posting it to SCN. Remember to start with SAP word in your search string. Example, If I want to search for material on 'Counter based plan' in SCN, then use search string 'SAP Counter based maintenance Plan' inGoogle search.
Bottom line
It is highly likely that the thing you wanted to know by creating a discussion is already present in the forum. Go through that and refine your query further.
